“The governor is going down this road alone.”

The covenant is a contract. Apparently there are some provisions of the covenant that needs to be defined. The purpose of the court is to interpret provisions and make it clear . Which part of this basic concept Arnold does not understand?
ReplyDeleteI give Fitial credit for fighting for the indigenous people. I have no idea what our Legislatures are thinking.
He's not alone. Charles is right behind him.

ReplyDeleteHe understands it quite well. What part of it don't you understand?
Fitial is pissing away money that could be put towards schools and teachers and a hundred other things. We made a deal with the feds. We took their money. We took lots of their money. Now they are simply doing what we granted them the right to do under the Covenant, and we cry like babies that the courts need to "interpret" for us.
What does CNMI stand for, anyway? Can Not Manage Itself?
"Charles is right behind him."
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to get that image out of my head. Yuk.

ReplyDeleteThe complaint is so full of baloney it's not funny. They try to argue that federal takeover of immigration just means that the U.S. controls the border. That's b.s. No community in America gets to decide how many foreign workers it can let in, or which ones. That is an immigration function controlled by the feds. The governor's advisors are clueless.
ReplyDeleteEw, but ROTFLMAO ew.
