Is the entire bill online anywhere?
Are they going to put CUC on eBay? I hope they get more than the $1.75 that was the recent winning bid for a house in Michigan.
I would like to open the bid at 2.50, contingent on a clear marketable and insurable title free of any encumbrances, liens, or liabilities now or in the fututre.
Can you imagine anyone on the planet giving the CNMI Congress any more than the 2.50 offer above?
I doubt it.
