Just passed by this sign tonight that says "Betel Nut on Sale!"
Does this mean, this store is selling the betel nut on a lower price like buy four packs get 10 more free? Or it just says, that store is selling it?

On Sale, For Sale, just shut up and Chew! Also, remember, No Spitting on the cement.
I think the store is selling the betel nut "at" the same price. If you can't find it, just ask, they put the box "on" the lower shelf so it's hard to see.
It should read "betel nut for sale," but that's Saipan, I tell to you.
If I was a better artist, I'd just put up a poster of a nut. Why bother with language?
